MIND MOVIES

Mind Movies is a tool that allows you to create a live video which includes images, affirmations and motivational music of your choice. The equivalent would be a paper version of a vision board. Most people create their vision board using photographs and images and words that resonate with them, make them feel good and help them to visualise their dreams and goals.

This software allows you to create a mind movie for all areas of your life. The instructions are easy to follow and you can change and update your mind movies as many times as you want. The software is so flexible that you can even download your mind movie to a smart phone or ipad. This of course means you can access your mind movie wherever you are and it doesn’t have to stay stuck on your office wall.
Why Create a Mind Movie?

If you have seen the “The Secret” then you will already be familiar with the concept of the Law of Attraction which basically says that ‘like attracts like’. The Law of Attraction is to do with your vibrational energy, which is about your ‘state of being’. How you are feeling right now is what you will attract from the Universe.

I personally watch my mind movie first thing in the morning and last thing before I go to sleep or when I need to shift my energy. It always works for me without fail. Don’t just take my word for it, check it out by clicking on the image.

MIND MOVIES

My personal development journey started 30 years ago, when I immersed myself in reading books to change my life and be the best that I can be. I believe information is knowledge, taking action gives you an experience and practice leads to wisdom. The only word that matters when it comes to changing your life is ‘practice’. Without the many books I have read, I wouldn’t be the person I am today. I wanted to recommend and share with you some of my favourite books that have contributed to my personal growth.

“A truly good book teaches me better than to read it. I must soon lay it down, and commence living on its hint…. What I began by reading, I must finish by acting”. - Henry David Thoreau
